We provide this and manage every aspect of your event with professionalism and care, allowing you to focus on honoring your loved one.
Our planning services include:
Personal Consultation – A dedicated meeting to understand your honoree and the vision for the event.
Venue Coordination – Assistance with researching, selecting, and booking the ideal location.
Vendor Management – Expert recommendations and coordination with trusted professionals, including caterers, florists, musicians, and AV teams.
Program Planning – Support in organizing speakers, music, and the overall flow of the service.
Timeline Development – Creation of a detailed event schedule and confirmation of all vendor logistics.
Day-of Coordination – On-site management of setup, décor placement, cueing speakers and musicians, guest assistance, and vendor oversight.
Event Wrap-Up – Supervision of cleanup, vendor breakdown, and collection of personal items to ensure a seamless conclusion.
Investment: Each event is uniquely tailored to your needs and vision for your Celebration. Planning & Coordination starts at $3000 for a 5-Hour Event.
Full Celebration of Life Packages are custom-designed and typically range from $8,500 to $20,000+, with most gatherings of around 50 guests averaging $8,500.

With care and intention, we turn your vision into a beautiful reflection of a life well-lived.
Created for families who prefer to handle the day themselves but want the planning and design expertly completed in advance, the Remembrance Design Package provides a fully designed and coordinated celebration of life plan—ready for you to implement. This includes ceremony structure, curated music and readings, visual tribute coordination, printable program design, and a detailed event outline for smooth execution.
Every element is thoughtfully prepared so you can host with confidence and focus on honoring your loved one.
